Im so pissed at these people and have lots of things to list. It all started in July when our air wasnt working. We complained for about 3 days and they try and tell us nothings wrong.We would go down to the office and be ignored why they waited on new residents trying to get a place. They knew were having problems but didnt care. Office just wanna get you in there. Because nobody wants to rent these places. You know who you office people. Im not nameing any name. These people could see how upset I am. Some people left. It got up 95 degrees in there. We kept calling and telling them finally they put us in hotel. For 3 days with our 2 dogs and cat and the hotel didnt like that at all. But we didnt have a choice our animals would have died in there. If they would have replaced the whole system like we told them the first day. It wouldnt have prolonged to 3 days. In the hall they is big brown stain on ceiling where water has leaked through. Looks like they might have spray painted to cover it up. The time I live there, there were 5 break ins the apartments. You can check that on the greensboro police website. Now that winter has hit our master bedroom doesnt get warm it stays ice cold. There heating/air system isnt worth a damn. The way the vents are in each room just not enough to heat or cool. Everyday this pass summer it seemed as if they were working on landscaping. Digging in that swappy creek back there for what reason I dont know its sill nasty. We broke ourlease 2 weeks ago because we were moving out of state anyways. Oh yeah and the water bill there was wayy to much. For me and my husband 40$ a month. I also think that was a rip off. Please do your research on this place. They treateduslike ---- and didnt care about our needs or our apt being 95 degress with animals.Also the break ins they never told us about we found out from our downstairs neighbor because she was the one that gotten broken into. They could have sent out a letter warning people or something. Anyway I stayed in building 15-B. All the ---- we went through shouldnt have happend. Beware!!!!!

I agree. They cater more to prospective residents rather than the ones they already have! And they care more about making the outside look nice but inside these apartments are dumpy.

Woodstream residents beware! The office staff is made up of these kinds of people--a loud, lying,know-it-all bully for a manager, an office staff so dumb and incompetent they can barely read, and a an overworked, overwhelmed maintenance staff. THEY WILL GO TO ANY LENGTHS TO PREVENT RESIDENTS FROM LEARNING ABOUT THE CRIME THAT TAKES PLACE THERE--STAY IN TOUCH WITH THE POLICE DEPT IF YOU WANT THAT INFORMATION. and if you have or care about animals beware--they are determined to kill them--especially the cats. Write down every contact you have with the staff and if you can, have them sign it. Those apartments should be shut down and those bozos who call themselves a staff should be run out of town.
