I have lived at Woodland park for over 5 years, I have gone through allot. The staff that was there 4mo ago was not so helpful. I went in to get soemone to fix my heat and as soon as I walked in the door, i was gretted whitch never happend before. i would just stand there for 15 min untile someone whould finally help me. But the new staff was impressive the explained to me the changes and garrenteed that I was going to get the sevice I deserve! I am so happy with my apt. they offerd to change my filter for me and wanted to know if thier wwas anything i needed done. i even got a free carpet clean. Hey, i even got 300.00 taken off my next months rent for renewing and my rent stayed the same. I am going to recomend this place to anyone!!!!!!!! Usually people try to do as less as thay have to, but it seems thats not the case always i guess.

This is for Woodstream (hoodstream) not Woodland park. I have to disagree on the friendly staff. The manager doesn't care about this place. She is just here to collect a paycheck.
