Great Place to live I sold my house quickly and needed a place to live while looking for another house. Terrace Mews was one of many apartment homes that offered short term leasing.The staff has been great. They have been so accomidating to me even though I was only going to be here for 3 months.

Went by to take a look Morehead was very hood compared to other apartments in the area.I saw people standing around basicly watching me (they looked as if they were doing illegal stuff). The buildings look decent, but the aluminum siding could use a wash down. Ive seen worse on initial drive

Mold Mold repeatedly grew through the wall in my downstairs bathroom while I lived there. They should have cut out a piece of the drywall so they could see what was in the wall. Then followed whatever the proper procedure is to get rid of the mold inside the wall. Instead they just sprayed bleach
