I never had any trouble with crime and the management is great. My only real complaint is that it was occasionally noisy. A few other things were just a bit annoying, the layout of the apartment was wierd. The washer/dryer was in the bedroom closet, which cut out a lot of closet space and made a lot of noise in the bedroom. Also, the bathroom was on the far side of the bedroom so anyone who came over would have to walk through my bedroom to get to it. I was in Phase I, however, so they may have fixed these annoyances in Phase II.
