I live in phase 11 or Brasswood II. I love living here. I've never had a problem with management. The only time I've called for maintenance help, they responded within the same day. I feel safe and my area (phase II) is quiet. Even though there are college students that live in this complex, I don't feel like I am living in a college area. There are several young families that live around me as well. My favorite part of the complex is my kitchen. It is big with lots of counter and cuppard space. My only complaint about the apartment is there is no coat closet or linen closet.
