I have lived in these apartments for almost 2 years and based on my personal experiences, I would not recommend this place to anyone! All of my problems have been with neighbors and the front office not doing anything about the noise complaints. I've had one particular situation where there was alot of drug trafficing and one of our neighbors got into an argument with a girl that was at his apartment and he fired a pistol off of his front balcony while my friend and I were outside talking. Also, I had marked off on the checklist that they give you when you first move in what is wrong with the apartment-cabinet doors are coming off the hinges, part of the bottom of the wall is missing in the bathroom, linolium is missing from the floor in the bathroom, etc and nothing was ever done about it-not even after I called to check to see if they were ever going to come and fix it. I also had a water leak in my ceiling in the bathroom around the fan and called emergency maintenance. The manager of the apartment complex called me back and said that the maintenance man was "too tired" and she could not get him to come out there to even check it out and that he would be there in the morning, but I had to turn the breaker off so a fire wouldn't start (water and electricity don't mix). When he got there the next day, he was and hour late-I had to go to work, but I wanted to make sure he got there. I was soooo mad! I currently am looking for another place to stay due to the above mentioned and at the moment I am currently dealing with neighbors waking me up at all hours of the morning banging around and screaming and fighting and letting there kids scream for almost an hour without them calming them down. TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!!!
