I lived at Brighton Park for one year and was very pleased with my experience there.
The office manager is very nice and knows everyone by name. Many of the units are brand new. When I was moving in, I actually had to wait for them to finish building my apartment - luckily I have family in the area so I could stay with them.
The only problem I ever had was that the upstairs neighbors' pipes had a problem and some water leaked into my closet. Thank goodness I did not have anything sitting on the floor in that area. They carpet had to be replaced though, and the area was thoroughly cleaned - and promptly! They handled it very well. They started fixing the very day I reported it. Also, sometimes I could hear my next door neighbor talking and her dog barked constantly.
I highly recommend this apartment. So far, it's the best I place I have stayed in Greenville. It's a little small though, so it's best for only one person.
