I lived at Brighton Park for a little over a year. My overall experience living there was great. On occasion when I had problems with neighbors the management was very responsive and resolved the problem. Maintenance was done in a timely fashion. There is an issue with people promptly removing their pet waste. However, there is an onsite grounds keeper that usually gets what the dog owners may miss. They are not the best insulated apts. but the management is very responsive to noise complaints. I would recommend these apts. to a friend.
