Nice and quiet at first. Office and maintenance staff was on the ball but replaced over time. The new office staff rushed to fill units at any cost. Some reports of property crime, suspicious activity, and a nightly dose of bass from the parking lot. Oh well. What can you expect for the price' Rent went up a little. Still not bad if you want to be close to shopping.
