I have really enjoyed my stay at Campus Pointe. I've lived here for two years and have had only a few problems. If I have a maintenance problem, it gets repaired immediately. Everything is included in your rent - water, sewer, an electricity stipend, high-speed internet and cable. There are 2 or 3 bedroom units, and each bedroom has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. Rooms also have separate locks, so you have privacy from your roommates (if needed). You are only responsible for your own rent, so you don't have to find roommates. Though if you need a roommate - they do a very flexable roommate match. I had a few problems with my upstairs neighbor being loud at night during my first year, but they moved him to a different building. There are also live-in police officers in case of emergencies. Quite nice, I've recommended it to many of my friends.
