With the exception of a few reckless neighbors who leave party favors on the ground, Campus Pointe is definitely on point. I love my apartment; it includes everything that I need. All I had to bring was myself, my clothes, and a few other small things. Everything really is included, and if something is broken, they will have it fixed for you. The apartment is very nice. The only thing wrong, is that whenever it rains really heavy, one side of my floor gets wet (I'm on the first floor). But they do take care of it. Overall, I give Campus Pointe a 8 out of 10. They just need to allow pets:-)
