I just read the other two comments....they make things sound really bad! I cannot personally say anything about thier experiences but I like living there. I moved in the middle part of August 2003. Anytime I let them know something needs fixed they always come the same day and it is taken care of. Yeah, of course it isn't like a penthouse or anything but once you get settled in, your stuff is in place and you make it feel like home it is really nice. It is quite for the most part and very private. I live on the 7th floor and like it very much. Yes, I do wish that the windows would open and they tend to leak when it rains but they are trying to get a contractor to come and fix them. Overall I have no huge complaints and it is a very convenient place to live. I have never had trouble finding a parking place either.
