I lived in Ring Gold Towers over a decade ago in the early 90?s, at the height of the grunge revolution. There is not much to say about this place; it is tiny and kinda noisy. The place is party central. It is not so good that the windows don?t open. It is in a very good location, basically on campus, closer to it than the Hill. You can also walk to downtown. Parking is crowded; sometimes you will get stuck in the overflow lot which is across the street. The building was no palace. Ringgold was basically a trade-off: small size and cheap rent for good locale. I wonder if East Carolina is still the party school it was? 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
