Years at this apartment: 1992 - 1995
You know, it should be obvious that mold was on the walls, however, they do a knock down, drag out job of cleaning these mold/roach infested apartments before potential tenants move in. The mold didn't start growing in MY apartment for months after i moved in. Other things didn't start happening for weeks and months until after I moved in, then getting stuff fixed was near to impossible. This place is nasty and i would never recommend it...to anyone!
