Do Not Live here!

The only benefit of living in Ringgold towers is the location. My apartment had a host of problems, all of which the manager never attempted to fix (i.e. extensive mold, unsafe electrical outlets, leaky windows, broken furniture, etc.). The manager of Ringgold towers is clearly incompetent, and this is shown in all facets of the operations of the property.

As others noted, there is also a very diverse crowd living in the apartment complex (ie. non-students). A few years ago, I recall, an assult occuring in one of the apartments, and it seems there's a frequent police presence.

There's also a major unavoidable roach problem.

If anyone intends on living in Ringgold, it is vital that they document all problems PRIOR to signing a lease.

There are other apartments surrounding campus , which offer much nicer living conditions, at or below Ringgold's prices.
