Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1996
 
Although it is very close to campus and the bars downtown, it doesn't make up for the roaches and constant smell throughout the entire building.

I don't remember any mold problems or water leakage; however, I do remember the hallways being filthy and having 1 or 2 scumbag neighbors.

If I could do it over again, I'd definitely look elsewhere to live for 2 years.
