I lived in Cedar Creek Woods for a year, and there were both positives and negatives. I think we were the first to move into our apartment so it was very clean. Nice new appliances. Good insulation, so decent electric bill. The bathroom was very nice. Maintenance was great. They literally would arrive within a few hours of placing a work order. The worst part about Cedar Creek Woods is that it is near the ghetto. My car was broken in to and so was the apartment underneath us. The parking lot is too dark and they way the stairs are, someone could hide behind them. The major bugs there were caterpillars and a horrible horrible wasp problem! The wasps build nests right above the doors and you have to knock the nests down almost daily. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for the price and convenient to the hospital and ECU.
