I disagree with the prior review. While these apartments have been around since the 50's they have renovated them and if you have any maintenance problems, all you have to do is pick up the phone and let them know. They listen to your requests and help you as much as they can. It is always pretty quiet over here and the yards are kept up well. We have lived here for 3 years and I plan on living here longer. I would definitely suggest these apartments to anyone. I feel very safe here. They don't feel institutional like most apartments and the rates are very low!
