I lived at College View as my first apartment out of college and I loved it. I lived there for about a year. After the flood, I had a problem with bugs a lot (the back of my apartment was to the creek). These were mostly lizards and water bugs. Maintenance was great, in response. They tended to rig stuff up instead of fixing them. But, I didn't have major problems either. Overall, I thought it was a great first start for people and would recommend it to everyone. The price was awesome too!
