Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
These apartments are very old and falling apart. We have foundation problems and the places are so drafty that utilities are a nightmare. On top of the apartments being very poorly maintained, management does not care what is wrong with your unit and it will take at least three days for maintenance to get to it - even if it is an emergency. The property manager is very very nasty as well - save yourself the trouble - DO NOT LIVE HERE
