I lived there for 3 1/2 years. The apartment complex changed ownership three times and because I got sick and did not paid my rent on the 5th but would pay it by the 15th, the new owners evicted me. I was a loyal tennant and during a time when I was not 100% well; they told me that they will no longer be able to rent to me. So if you are looking for a great place to stay with understanding management.....do not let this place be your number one choice for an apartment home.

I live at the duplexes across from Eastgate apartments. Sometimes, if I was expecting a package, the postman would drop off my mail at Eastgate's main office, even though the duplexes are separately owned from the apartments. Now, when you get someone else's mail, what do you do? Take it to them, of course. I've had countless concert/sports tickets,important forms, or gifts for others, left at the main office by a Neanderthal letter-carrier, just to have the dipsticks at Eastgate let it sit there! Then they get all high-and-mighty and ask for identification when you ask for YOUR mail. Listen, bimbo, if I was asking for missing mail, I'd probably be the person to whom it belonged.

I agree. The management displayed a arrogant/ stuck up complex!! Won't live there if I was you.

Never had a problem with anyone in the office.
