We have been here for about a year and a half, and will probibly not be staying after that. Its not really that this is a bad apartment, its just that for two single women, this apartment is starting to feel unsafe. Several times tires in our apartment have been slashed- we had to replace two that had been. There has been very little noise issue, and the office staff has always been helpful and kind. The maintenince men, on the other hand can be a different story. The tiles in our bathroom started to peel up, so we had them come to fix it, and all he did was to stuff glue between the tiles and the floor. Also, the carpet really should have been replaced when we moved in, but wasn't so its just awful.
