One of the few local apartments that offered a 6 month lease without increasing my rent. Bedroom is quite large but the kitchen/living room area is rather small. Okay, cheap temporary place with in walking distance of campus (added bonus since university parking is expensive and sucks). Not much in the way of Visitor parking. Staff is okay, the maintenance guy is an air head. You have to remind him a few times to do things.

Since the apartment is old, it's not to energy efficient. Like i said earlier, okay for temporary living!
