I?ve lived here for two years now and I really like it a lot. All of my neighbors are friendly, the office staff is always helpful, and the maintenance man takes care of any complaint I have right away, sometimes at the very moment I talk to him about it. The only parking problem is the ECU students parking here and walking to class, hopefully that will be cleared up soon. The apartments are fairly spacious, and everything is a great deal for the low rent! Cable is even included! Campus is just a short walk away. I can walk to all of my classes in just 5 minutes. :)
