I lived there for two years. I couldn't even sit on my porch without crackheads from KingsArms Apartments coming to ask for money. If I wasn't on the porch, sometimes they would knock on the door. Also, they don't tell you that the parking lot floods. I lost my car and they didn't even blink. While I lived there, I saw it flood maybe 6 or 8 times. One time, I had to crawl over a balcony just to get out of my apartment. Also, there are always people picking through the dumpsters and the manager will lie about anything. The only good thing was the mantanance guy, he was nice and helped out whenever he could. Oh, yeah and they raised the rent on us. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

Hate to break it to you, but that is the way the market goes, rent goes up. This happens at any apartment.

I have lived in mill run for a year and a half and have absolultely hated it. They will tow your car even if you have a permit and are only nice to you to get you in and then you are trapped. Oh yeah, there is this mold that grows on the wall that causes cancer so be warned and DONT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE!!!
