i lived in here for just over a year and overall i liked the aptmt, yes they are pretty old but what do expect for the price you pay here... you honestly cant beat the location of these apartments, and the maintenance man is awesome, my one warning is about the office. The manager seems real nice while you live there and will seem like she wants to help you but when you go to move out she will lie to you and charge you for anything she can so be very wary of her.
