This is a crime ridden dump!!!

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003
 
I was here from 1998 to 2003. This apartment complex has changed dramatically. There are several pot/crack dealers living here. The Thugs hang out on the corner to sell. There are police cars here all of the time. Terrible maintenance. Old buildings.
