I lived in Keswick for a year in college. My boyfriend and I went over to check it out multiple times before we signed a lease. We even drove by a night to see if it would be loud. Everything seemed great, but it was not.

This is definitely the ghetto. We had change stolen from our car, kids trying to move our car, and a lot of very loud neighbors. There were some break-ins while we lived there too. We had the number for the police on our bedside table so that we could easily call in and complain about noise. Even with added security, it was a loud ghetto. Kids would play on the shopping carts that people pushed over from Wal-Mart. It was just awful.

I recommend that you choose to live somewhere else in Greenville. There are plenty of places that are just as cheap, and not nearly as ghetto!
