New management has hired new ofc staff. Several people have been sent letters threatning eviction because of poor accounting. These tenants pay their rent on time per month and have never had a problem pertaining to their rent until new management has taken over. The apartments are water bug infested. A tenant here has had a gift basket taken by maintenance. That same tenant hear couples fighting throughout the night; making it impossible to sleep. The pool IS always closed. This complex is surrounded by ghetto neighborhoods. Whenever the pool is open; the people from the outside neighborhoods crowd the pool and tenants can't or don't want to get in. They mainly do this when the office close and weekends. Children play with Walmart shopping carts that are brought here. This makes the community look very ghetto. Summer time is here and people are starting to hang out at night as if drug deals are taking place. There is some good. Maintenance doesn't have a problem responding promptly to emergencies, the complex landscaping is very beautiful, race is diverse, and the apartments are very spacious vs. the newer apartments that are being built are overpriced and very small.
