my husband and i moved into this horrible place last august. we thought it was great cause it was so cheap, and they let us have our dog without a deposit. we thought everything was great. then it got cold. all the bugs came out to say hello. they were in my dishwasher, bathroom, EVERYWHERE!!! they have this half-ass "exterminator" who doesn't have a tooth in his head, that comes out every 3 months to spray stuff that's supposed to get rid of the HUGE bugs. it's probably just sugar water. they never go away. they might take a nap for a day,. but they always come back. our neighbors are G-H-E-T-T-O!!! i will not walk our dogs at night because of them. i'm honestly scared to death i'll get stolen or raped or eve killed. it is NOT a safe place. i'm getting ready to have a baby, and we are getting the hell our of there! i refuse to raise a child in that hell-hole. the management are morons. there is a drug dealer who lives on our floor who has parties every weekend. there are children running around after 11, and they take all our parking spaces. the pool is disgusting. kids get in it with their underwear on or nothing at all. it's a horrible place. please do not move in there. we have cops out there at lase 2 times a week.
