I lived here for 2 years ad for the price you could not beat it however, there are always kids and shady characters standing around. You can hear neighbors across the streets yelling and fighting. Keswick also had horrible maintenance issues. My window never had a screen on it meaning I could not open it when it was hot or the a/c broke. FYI if the a/c breaks it is considered an emergency by their rules but the maintenance people don't act like it. Then it began leaking after they fixed it and soaked our carpet leaving stains and air pockets in the linoleum. Then they left a bucket under the leak and didn't tell us so it happened again and they said they didn't do it, who else could have. They finally fixed it after a few weeks. They also have roaches, no not water bugs, ROACHES. The windows are drafty and the walls are thin. Oh and the fire place never worked. And don't be tricked into signing a longer lease whe they say you will get a professional cleaning or a ceiling fan in your apartment, it will never happen, we waited for 2 years.
