It is pretty peaceful and not big on parties like pirate's cove and etc. Nice lots of space and close to everything. If you are a grad student who likes quiet this is the place for you.

Bus line, pool, dishwasher.
You have to pay for electric and internet. However, if you get a 2 bedroom and slpit the rent.. it's a steal.
