I would like to start off by saying something good. KR has been my home for a couple of years. I havent had any breakins water leaks or anything. The air/heating units are AWFUL.Im guessing its b/c this place being so old. It is across the street from the ghetto and there is ALOT of undercover drug swapping going on.The utilitiy bill is a robbery!! Almost around 100 to 200 a month. I also hear that these apartments will soon be taken over by the housing authority...better known as the projects. Oh and there isnt a pool and has not been one here for about 3 years. It has green stuff floating around in it,but they still avertise like its a ok! I plan on moving out when I my lease is up in August. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
