I would say do not even look at this place when you are looking for a place to live. Shiv is the most disrespectful ass whole you will ever meet. When we moved into out place it was infested with roaches. We complained to management several times and all they did come and spray some kind of chemical around the baseboards of the apartment. Finally my husband and I had to clean everything down with bleach and put borax down because we just could not live like that. The walls are so thin you could hear everything that goes on in someone else's apartment. The pool is hardly open and if you work during the day you never have a chance to get in, it closed at 6:00pm. At night there are always people standing outside and kinda scary to come home at night. the apartments are a nice size but they are not worth the hassle of dealing with Shiv

You are absolutely right. Shiv is disgusting he is very unprofessional and disrespectful. People deserve to know how he will treat them if they sign the lease. He doesn't deserve to receive the citizens of Greenville hard earned money. People are moving out of this complex as fast as they can, and I don't blame them. The word is really out about Shiv and Lakeside. People ask me where I stay and I tell them, and they be like I heard the owner is terrible, and I say, yes he is.
