electrical bill in area TOO high for small 1 bedroom apt, 2 water leaks into bedroom closet, ruined some shoes, small kitchen space and utility closet. rent high for 1 bedroom apartments. pet fee of $250 a little much, considering they say 'we love pets'. check this one out before renting. thank you.
