My experience at Meridian Park has been very nice! The management is great! They are very responsive and friendly. The neighborhood is very good as well. I have never had problems or heard of any problems with crime. Great place for children. Nice pool, clubhouse, and tennis courts. They just added a small putting green too.

Some negatives are as follows: ants around the tennis courts and no undergraduate students allowed (which could be a plus or a minus). I had problems with ants in my bathroom when I first moved in, but they fixed that very quickly. Also, the utility efficiency is not as good because the doors weren't made very well.

No undergraduate students allowed? Doesn't that violate Fair Housing?
