Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
MP is a nice place to live but a little expensive. Not a bad price if you have a roommate splitting the cost, but kind of a lot if you're single and living alone. $25 pet fee per month is a bit excessive--that turns a 1-BR into a $610 check each month not counting utilities or cable. Otherwise, the complex is nice. Maintenance and staff are helpful and cooperative. Grounds and buildings are nice; tenants are mostly professional or families. Nice pool area and plenty of parking near apartments.
