Great place to live if you like to listen to people scream all day with their windows open and enjoy having your house shaken by cars blasting crappy music in the parking lot. The apartment manager will say that she's going to help you out, but she won't. She also doesn't stay on the premises on weekends, which means that the whole "on site management" bit isn't really true. This is also not a quiet neighborhood, even though she will tell you that it is when you come to tour the apartments. You also have to deal with other resident's drunk friends and relatives roaming around the neighborhood yelling at all hours of the night. Run! Don't rent here!
