Whatever you want to call it, it is TERRIBLE! And scary too! I dont eevn live here, but I have a few friends that did, and my apartments are across the road and we get the foot traffic of their tenants. Where I live is a nice community, and in the past 6 months, we have ahd break in after break in, and it has thrown our community for a loop. It has shaken all of us, and we have tried our best to find these poeple that keep doing this. Well, some to find out, the guys that were doing it, ALL LIVED AT PINEBROOK!!!! They would walk across the road, kick a door in, take a laptop or two, and stroll right back across the street to Pinebrook. There have been shootings there, drugs are everywhere (and i can say this b/c the three times that i have driven there to pick up my friend, I have been offered every drug imaginable), and as for the management...well, you couldnt pay me to live there. They allow criminals in, and they now accept Section 8, which, sorry to say, but it ruins communities. All I can really say is, think twice before you move in here. And if you do decide to go ahead and move-in, buy a pitbull.
