The place is disgusting!! Trash all over the place. Us college kids just party too hard apparently, and the management company doesn't want to clean our mess up. And don't walk around on the grass in bare feet. People don't pick up after their dogs! k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

Haha, this one makes me laugh. The trash on the property is no ones fault but the residents. If you dont want to see trash, then stop being so lazy and throw it in a trash can yourself?! And, pets are not allowed anywhere on the property. Once again, residents fault, nothing to do with management.

You sound like a dixiechick! No matter who throws the trash there IT IS DEFINITELY the managements responsibility to remove it and deal with the cause if possible! It is IN NO WAY the tennants responsibility to pick up after everyone else! Your attack on this person's complaint convinces me that you are a moron. If you are a member of the management, you are not only a moron, you are totally irresponsible! Why would this person's complaint make anyone laugh unless the one that found it funny is an idiot? It's not only the original comments here that make me wonder about this place! It is some of the irresonsible rebuttal responses to complaints that have me worried too! I am looking for a place to live managed by RESPONSIBLE management who will deal with problems and strive to make their property better for everyone. And that includes picking up the trash no matter WHO put it there! Anthony

thats b.s.--if your stupid and lazy enough to go to mcdonalds at 2 in the am then yes you prob do throw your trash in the parking lot which is not at all responsible--your obv in college grow the f/'. up!!!!!!!!!
