Pirates Place is a short walk to the ECU bus line, beside the commuter lot. The people I have met have been easy going and friendly. The pool is clean and well maintained. The maintainence man is fast and does a great job. He fixed our dryer and toilet the same day we had a problem. The grass is always cut and I think the landscaping is pretty good. Three police officers live at Pirate's Place. They patrol the parking lot throughout the day and night, making us feel safer. We know many of the people here by name and enjoy living here.
