I felt that the people there take advantage of college students. Also there is often unwanted and shifty people hanging around the property at all hours of the night and day. WHile it is close to ECU I would rather take an extra few minutes (Greenville isnt that big) to be safe and have a better value apartment.
Also the $250 holding fee is high and will not be refunded.

I guess you forgot that the $250 is the money that pays your rent for the last 15 days you live there when you get ready to move out...Plus unless you are stupid you will realize that if you don't like the people that are hanging out on the property...call the police that is what they are there for....

There is no more break-ins at Pirates Place that any other place in Greenville. It's Greenville, what are you expecting? Most of the people who get broken into down here are the dummies who dont lock their doors or keep their windows open. & like the other person said, if you see something you dont like stop complaining and call the police. (there are three of them that LIVE in Pirates Place!!)
