Lots of roaches, lots of sketchy non-residents walking thru the yards, lots of drama with the new management. Cheap apartments with flaking paint, SUPER stained carpets, and decrepid kitchen cabinets. The apartments are livable, and have a killer location, but the new management will make you want to abandon mid-lease rather than deal with. They are constantly manipulating the lease, and going into your apartment (all rooms) monthly to check "fire extinguishers and smoke detectors" (but they are really just tring to find ways to fine you, get you kicked out, or narc on you to the police) Oh yeah, and the parking lot floods 2 or 3 times a year after a big storm, totally ruining cars. Check out the picture. Only saving grase is the totally awesome maintenance guys.
PS: the "management" has made posings on this rating site as "residents", so take the ratings with a grain of salt...

Thank you for taking the time to warn would be renters. I have seen other complaints such as yours. What concerns me is some of the replies to these complaints. It sounds like SOMEONE blaming the tennants for the problems and trying to say the tennants are responsible for dealing with the problems instead of the Management. I am looking for a place with a Responsible management team! It is also amazing how extreme the difference in opinion is about this place! They range from Awesome to terrible. Anyone here could be lying. I guess the best way to see for yourself is to visit the place and talk to management AND some tennants that have lived there for a while. Anyone can post a comment here with no proof who they actually are.
