Pirates place does have bugs really bad and its not because your messy. I think it's a first floor thing. One of my other friends said she had the same problem until she moved to the second floor into a 3bdrm townhouse. The bugs range from roaches, spiders, black bugs, worms (especially when it rains). The maintenance is good and so is the management. It is also pretty clean around here. But I failed to check out its location in-depth because it is across the street from the ghetto and alot goes on over there. There are alot of random locals riding through the apartment at all times of the night but the police is trying hard to stop that. They constantly stop unfamiliar people and ask them do they stay here. With all that said the rent is cheap and it is across the street from the stadium. Soooo, take the good with the bad!
