I have not rented an apartment at this place. I have several friends that have & I actually considered renting from there when I first moved to greenville. Almost every night that I stayed there at my friends place I could not get any sleep because of loud parties. The bugs were also a bad problem. The parking seemed Ok. I never met the staff or maintenance people so I dont know anything about their service. The inside of my friends apartments were not very nice. The bedroom doors would not close properly & it just looked old & dingy. The landscape looked ok, but the swimming pool was very like a cest pool.
