This is the worst place I have even been. The parking lots flooded, roaches were constantly coming around windows, out of vents, under the front and back door, and out of the sink. My air conditioning was broken the whole time and so was the heat. When I reported it the sorry ass managers said that there was nothing that they could do because heat rises. THey also told me that the electircity bill average $120 for the particular apartment that I would be renting. Lies all lies it would be $120 per sperson and that is in a 3 bedroom apartment. Then they told us that they had an exersize room and got ride of it just to bring it back later. People spent their time tring to get evivtied because the if you think the inside of your apartment was bad just go outside. There is Major Drug activity out there. At one point there was a robbery a week. People minding there own business were getting their doors kicked in and robbed. People have hd guns pulled on them by other residents and when it was reported nothing was done. They evicted a couple of my neighbors and when I talked to them they were still bing charged rent when their rooms had ben re-rented for months... Isn't that illegal' People use the parking lot as a tru sreet and I almost got hit a couple of times. And people from the Ghetto neighborhoods which are right across the street are always walking though. I hate this Complex and will never stay again and it I were you I wouldn't waste my time or money on this place.
