This place is pretty good, I've lived here for 6 months so far and have enjoyed it, I can barely hear my neighbors, the landlord is friendly, if a bit forgetful, I had to remind him a couple times about my sink, but my AC was fixed the same day it broke. This place is a little older then most, and some of the other apartments have older carpeting, but it's really not bad, and the price is really good for a 2 bedroom so close to campus. Ive never felt unsafe here, even when coming back to my apartment late at night.
