The staff is rude. The computers are always broken. You pay over $400 dollars a month and then you have overages on top of that. First they told us we only owed $20 a person and then without letting us see our bill they told us they made a mistake and it was another $30 a person just for overages. There is always something wrong with the apartment too. My fan has been broken since I moved in and 6 months later...it's still NOT fixed! Don't move in here!
