Be careful of you allowance for utilities, bc River Pointe's is not enough in the 4 bedroom apt. If you have an accident in your apt, you will have to pay for it. River POinte has had many mgmt issues in the past and during all the changes, 2 things have remained the same, you can hear EVERYTHING around you and above you and lastly they only care about your MONEY.
