Stay away from Sunchase aka River POinte. Everything in the apartments is cheap from the beds to the kitchen. The beds are horrible! My apartment had a nasty ant problem and I had to throw many things away because the ants were crawling all over it. I didn;t even have food out, they just came out of nowhere. The gym's cheap equipment is always broken so are the tanning beds. Save your money and go elsewhere! The good things is it does have a drunk bus, but other than that stay away!
